You dreamt it.
You built it.
Let’s PROTECT IT.
My approach is counseling first. We start with your goals — your people, your hopes, your worries — and design around them, bringing in your financial advisor or CPA when your plan calls for a team. Every engagement is a flat fee you'll know before we begin.
Through your plan, you will:
Keep control of your affairs during your lifetime — and decide, in advance, who steps in if you can't
Choose who raises your children, rather than leaving it to a courtroom
Pass your home and assets to the people you choose, the way you choose, without probate's delays and fees
Protect what your loved ones inherit — from taxes, lawsuits, and life's surprises
Pass on more than money: your values, your story, your intentions
My practice is also personal. I'm a wife and a mother of two, and I know from experience that choosing your children's guardian is a decision you make on purpose — not one you leave to chance. As the parent of a son with special needs, I understand firsthand what it takes to build a plan that ensures a child is cared for completely, for life. As a multigenerational homeowner, I know that legacy, business succession, and planning across generations aren't abstract ideas — they're our lives, and our choices matter.
When you sit down with me, you're not explaining your family to a stranger; you're planning with someone who is living these same questions, and who treats your answers with the care they deserve.
My family and I are members of Faithful Central Bible Church, where I volunteer in the Children's Ministry.
My office is in Inglewood, and all planning consultations are held by video — so you can meet with me from your own kitchen table, wherever in California you are. When your documents are ready, I'll guide you through every step of signing, so your plan is executed, witnessed, and notarized exactly as California law requires — and built to hold.
Hi, I'm Nadia.
I've spent years practicing law as both a litigator and a transactional attorney. From the courtroom side, I know how long disputes take, what they cost, and what the fight itself takes out of the people in it — no matter who wins. From the transactional side, I know what careful drafting can prevent. Together, those years shaped one conviction: the best thing the law can do for a family isn't winning a dispute. It's preventing one.
That's why I built this practice.
I'm a graduate of the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, licensed in California and New York, and my work rests on one belief: planning is love, in writing. An estate plan isn't paperwork — it's every promise you've made to your family, made enforceable.
